The Power of Soft is for those of us who know that we don’t have to be hard – on situations or people. Wisdom allows us to be soft. We can negotiate a better path in the world. This is as true in the boardroom, as it is round the kitchen table.
Because our own context is so important it is a philosophy. We search for solutions but experience tells us that the best solutions tend to emerge when we step back from the direct action; in this place, context and philosophy meet.
From December 2015 – after a crowdfunding campaign – the Power of Soft has become a book. First a limited edition hardback for subscribers and then, on January 28th, a soft back trade edition for everyone.
